Here at JitteryGit we offer free standard domestic shipping at a minimum spending cart (varies by shipping destination) . Please note: we DO ship to a PO Box, Alaska Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO & international addresses as well.

Although we currently offer standard shipping, all of our orders ship within one business day. Once orders are placed, shipping address CAN be changed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that business days are Monday- Friday, and exclude United States’ Federal Holidays and Jewish Holidays.

We want every family that buys one of our JitteryGit products to be 100% happy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at info@jitterygit.com, and we will gladly refund or replace it for you within 30 days of purchase.

If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement).
