SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Here at JitteryGit we offer free standard domestic shipping, for everything on our site, within the contiguous United States! Please note: we DO ship to a PO Box, Alaska Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO & international addresses as well.
Although we currently offer standard, priority and express shipping only, all of our orders ship within one business day. Once orders are placed, shipping address CAN be changed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note that business days are Monday- Friday, and exclude United States’ Federal Holidays and Jewish Holidays.
Shipping Time Frames:
Standard Shipping – 3-4 business days
Priority Shipping – 2-3 business days
Express Shipping – 1-2 business days
The term “shipped” means that the item has left our fulfillment center.
All shipping is subject to product availability. We try to keep our stock readily available at all times, but if by chance your desired product is not in stock at the time your order is placed, then you will receive notification and shipping time frames will be adjusted accordingly.
Forces Beyond Our Control:
We always do our very best to make our customers happy and to fulfill our promises to you. However, sometimes situations arise that are fully out of our control. JitteryGit is not responsible for shipping delays that result due to mechanical failure and/or weather or due to mistakes and shortcomings of the private shipping entities that handle the products once they leave our facility (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc.)
JitteryGit strives to conduct all of our business with integrity and excellence. Our priority is to see our customers satisfied. We want every family that buys one of our JitteryGit products to be 100% happy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com, and we will gladly refund or replace it for you within 30 days of purchase.
If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement).
If you received an item that was defective, please contact customer service by sending us a message to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Please make sure you pack your return items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed. Affix the provided shipping label securely to the outside of the box.
Requesting a Replacement
You can request a replacement for the same item if it arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Requesting a Refund
If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment.
Processing Your Return
Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at the warehouse. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.
When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with delivery of your order, send us a message to our Customer Service at email@example.com.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Once an order has been submitted, you must send our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org a message to attempt to cancel or change it.
Again, our customers are extremely important to us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your JitteryGit purchase!
